What's up guys? On this episode of Build, I am going to do something a little bit different,

and I'm going to give you a behind the scenes sneak peek into the speech that I'm giving my company

at our full team meetup since we have tripled in the last year and doubled in the last quarter.

So I'll be honest. I didn't really feel like making a podcast this

week. And the reason I didn't feel like making a podcast is because I've been incredibly busy and I've

been honestly overwhelmed. I've been overwhelmed because of the amount of growth that we have right now

as a company and the amount of things going on. And just so that you guys know, as you're

listening to this on the audios, I am walking on the treadmill right now. So if I sound

exacerbated or if you hear stepping, I am doing this while I'm on the treadmill because I want

to get my exercise in and I want to make this podcast. And so we will see how this goes.

However, brings me back to the point of this,

which is I really wanted to share with you guys some of the thoughts I was writing down because next

week we have our full team meetup, which we do once a year. Now, we are most, I would say about

two-thirds of our company is out of Las Vegas, and so they work here at the headquarters.

And then about a third of them are remote.

And so what we do is we fly everyone who's a remote in, and then we're going to do a full team meetup.

Now, this is new for me in this company, because last year when we did our team meetup,

we had one-third the amount of people. And so now, you know, coming through,

we have about 60 people compared to last year. We had about 20. And so it's going to be different.

And I've just been doing a lot of reflecting because, you know, the last full team meetup I did

with my company, Gym launch, was 120 people. And so I was just like sitting over the last few days reflecting and I was like,
