really found me on Twitch and we sparked up a controversy. One might say I was his internet dad for many, many years. And now we've grown to become very good friends and co operate and run.

Of course, our successful business, the practice server. So he's got in all types of professional inside not only from the player side, but now on the other side of the fence of being.

Business owners themselves. So Connor, my boy, welcome to the podcast.

Thanks guys. It's kind of long overdue. So glad to get this off for the end of the year. As John said, happy holidays to everyone. Happy new year.

We go way back doing this thing. We've been friends for years. So it's good to kick this one off. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And again, we do these live on Twitch. Someone in our chat is actually talking about we don't look like we've been doing it for 10 years.

But it is an actual fact. I probably knew Connor when he was about 14. He is now young 24 year old man here. He had a squeaky voice. He was a razor kid. And I loved it. It was hilarious playing with his dude. And it's just wild. Again, how the years developed. He grew up in next thing you know.

We had a friendship and I trusted him. And we just we just started going going and going and we're going to we're going to jump into all that.

We're going to start the episode with Connor a little bit of background about him. Maybe what his new roles are within our ecosystem of production and all like this stuff. We're just going to dive into Connor a little bit.

Before we start getting to the other fun topics because John, we have a whole bunch of stuff. A lot of thoughts today. A lot.

Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So with that, Carlos are you, bro? How are you? Where are you from? Just give us a little bit of a brief bio. If you had an elevator pitch, maybe 60 seconds, maybe two minutes. Who is Connor? Where's Connor from? How would you all like this stuff?

Well, 23 years old. Been playing games my whole life. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. But up like around four months ago, moved on down here to Houston, Texas right next to my boy monster.

Couple blocks out. So we started taking practice in the next level. And I was like, all right, do listen. I'm ready to do this. Move down here. And now we're close. We're able to do a lot of business stuff together.

We want to check out a venue. We tease that on Twitter a little bit. Just trying to take stuff up.

Yes, sir. And again, guys, when when we start thinking about like Connor and kind of the role he plays at Pratt, Connor has really stepped up over this last year.

Just a year ago, I mean, less than that. Honestly, he didn't even have the skills that he possesses today on producing and literally operating some of the biggest shows.

And for some of the biggest clients that we have to date, and we're going to talk about a little bit of his journey before we get there.
