Today we are talking about an Elon Musk apology.

Yesterday, Tesla stock closed up 4.06% to $322.69,

this compared to the Nasdac up 0.63%.

Late last night, Elon finally addressed his comments about Cave Explorer Vern Unsworth.

In a tweet in reply to an article that did a really good job of laying out the timeline of this

entire situation, Elon said, quote,

as this well-written article suggests,

my words were spoken in anger

after Mr. Unsworth said several untruths

and suggested I engage in a sexual act with the mini- which had been built as an act of kindness and according to specifications from the dive team leader

Nonetheless his actions against me do not justify my actions against him and for that I apologize to Mr.

Unsworth and to the companies I represent as leader. The fault is mine and mine alone."

I'm very happy to see Elon apologize. I think that it was the right thing to do, the necessary

thing to do. Some may view this as sort of a half apology. Personally, I'm okay with that.

Elon defended his side, his point of view, but also admitted wrongdoing

and fault for which he apologized. Hopefully this will be the last that we hear of it and have to talk about

it. However, I would not be surprised if there was a follow-up lawsuit.
