You are, good. So you flew to Missoula for work, rented a truck, be bopped over to Spokane Valley.

What is that, like a three-hour drive? Yeah, I think it was about two hours, 45 minutes.

I had the opportunity to be up in Missoula

doing some recruiting at the university over there for my day job and was like, you know, I know

we've been in contact trying to connect over the last few months and I'm like, you know what,

I'm going to send it. We're going to drive over. It's up in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, you know, North Idaho country, Montana, get to see more of the state. So drive on over here. Have you done that drive before? Never. Oh, it's a good one. Yeah, for sure. It's real windy in the mountains there. Yeah, I've spent some time up here in North Idaho before just for work and just, and just you know visiting but never in that part of

montana so montana's always been really good to me every time i've visited you know been to a bunch of

different places there and every time i'm there i leave like montana's dope okay so your background you're an

engineer yeah project engineer for a general contractor.

We're a builder, so we do, you know, heavy-duty construction.

So basically, we always tell people, if it goes vertical, we can build it.

How long have you been with them?

So, yeah, the company is engineered structures, Inc. ESI.

Been there just six years, actually, as a February.

So jumped into that in 2019, been there, super awesome company.

We've doubled in revenue since I've been there, a billion dollar company now.

Wow. Yeah, a thousand employees.

It's super cool. And it's one of those companies where, you know, it's more about the culture

for me than it is what we're doing. And it's all about the people that I'm there to work with.
