And I really wanted to get her on to share that with you because I feel it's a good example of what good treatment looks like for OCD.

saying exposures are fun because they're not but it's more about having fun

meaningful and fun to her has helped her in her recovery.

So she's been an avid reader of OCD recovery books, which I also greatly respect, and she's

implemented them as well.

reading the things, she actually implemented some of the advice and we talk about

the books she recommend and how they've helped her. She's also soon to be training next year as a Pierce
