Now, I just wanted to start this stream by just recap of what the definition of the cabal is,

because it's in many ways a very complex area,

and I thought it would be really good for us to all recap on what the actual definition is.

So a cabal is a group of individuals secretly united to promote their own interests.

So that's not a conspiracy theory. That is true.

Often through intrigue and hidden agendas, and usually with negative connotations.

It implies a degree of secrecy, conspiracy, and often a pursuit of power or influence within a larger group or organisation.

The term can also refer to a secret plot or clique. Kabbales are characterised by their clandestine

nature. Members typically operate behind the scenes,

keeping their true motives and activities hidden from outsiders.

The primary goal of a cabal is often to advance the personal or

factional interests of its members,

sometimes at the expense of others or the larger community.

Correct.

The term cabal is generally

associated with negative perceptions implying unethical or manipulative behaviours. So there we go.
