Seattle came up with a novel solution.

Give everyone money to donate to candidates.

Now, is that working?

The King County Council will take a no-confidence vote tomorrow regarding county assessor John

Wilson. Wilson's accused of harassment and stalking by his former fiancé, who recently

filed a restraining order against him for the second time in a year. County Council members
