Hey, everyone.

Welcome back to our summer series. We've been putting together these shorts where we're

focused on one key area because as we hit summer, we know a lot of people involved with different

things and we have a little bit less time to do things. We want to be out and about and work

with people. So we just shortened these up to have these little episodes and we talk about some specific things and

discerning news, of course. And today we're going to talk about a key word or a theme for the month.

And this is for the month of. This is going to be for the month of June.

2025.

That's right.

So the keyword or theme is going to be altitude, altitude.

Altitude.

And basically, we work with keywords to help us bring focus, help us get back to what we're doing, and it becomes a tool for us to utilize.

So just as like what we're doing with the discerning news, and we take the news of the day, and we actually be able to hone it into what's going on for ourselves and how we can use it in our own lives, working with

key words, which is one of the techniques we do in the technique workshop. You learn to do that.

Working with key words allows me to focus my energy. And one way to describe it is imagine you have all this light or all this water.

It changes the moment you magnify that light.
