1:45.0	Brumley called the rule change in abuse of power violating the safety and order of society.

1:55.7	state as discrimination has no home under my watch. Under the leadership of
2:01.4	Brumley and Louisiana Attorney General Liz Merle,
2:05.0	Louisiana became the first state to file a legal challenge against the Biden administration's proposed revisions of Title IX.
