Sandolo through a lot of other work and so I wanted to talk about this moment of

struggle and what it looks like from the perspective of moving local and regional strategy,

not just thinking about the presidential election, which I think can take up a lot of the air.

realm and my my various realms right and then I I feel like especially when election cycles come around all the stuff gets kicked up to the surface and I felt myself getting uncentered, decentered and panicked and trying to, yeah, trying to just figure it all out by myself inside my head like oh my God you know

I wasn't paying attention to but now that I am like here's the answers anyway.
