I want to wish you all a happy New Year.

In this episode, I want to focus on the priority of the Word of God in your life.

If you don't already have a Bible reading plan, if you go to Dialin Ministries.org, the website,

and click on the Resources tab, there you can download the Bible reading plan that I use.

It's called the Robert Murray-McShane Bible Reading Plan.

This Bible reading plan is four chapters a day.

It takes about 15 or 20 minutes.

And in reading it every day throughout the course of the year,

you will read the entire Bible at least once

and then read the Psalms and New Testament twice. I cannot think of a better

priority and resolution as you bring in a new year than to elevate the Word of God in your heart.

There is so much to say regarding the Word of God and in this episode what I want to do is focus

on eight promises that God makes to you in his living word.

I recently looked up the top goals that many people have for the new year. And here is what many people said.

Number one, one of the priorities and resolutions that one writer said is to drink less coffee.

She says, I'm turning into a three cup of day kind of gal and I don't love that about myself.

I couldn't help but think, sorry, sister, but three cups of coffee is junior varsity.

Try six.

Another writer said to give a compliment every single day.

They said it costs us nothing to be kind.
