All right, so the 8- Wands. Let's begin. All right, so the 8 of Wands is one of the only cards in the Rider Waits'

Smith deck without human or animal figures in it.

Instead, there are 8 wands just flying through the sky, you know, which begs the question, why are they flying? Who threw them?

You know, after watching the last season of Game of Thrones, all I can picture is the Night King,

flinging spears through the air like some crazy javelin thrower.

That's what I think about now when I look at this card.

But anyhow, it's a very curious thing, right? So what's the deal with this card?

Well, since we don't have a whole lot of symbols to go on, we need to consider the energy in the card and how that's conveyed.

You know, for one, the wands is the fire element.

Now, fire is a symbol of passion and creativity.

And eight is a number of success. Now we just look at those two things we can deduce that something, perhaps a creative project, is moving in a successful direction.

The next thing to consider are the wands themselves. Now if you

look at them again they're in the air and seem to be moving ahead or heading

down toward Earth. Now the Earth can indicate grounding or the physical element. So this can

indicate grounded passion or joining heaven and earth, you know, kind of like manifesting a big idea. Now if you look

closely you'll also notice that there's a river in the background. Rivers

can symbolize change and movement. All right, just from those little
