Welcome back to the most inconsistent podcast in the history of podcasts. But for real, y'all, like,

I feel we are on the level where you know me. Like, you know me. And if you know, you know,

my intent is every week. My heart is every week. My life just drops up in my lap and goes,

no, boo-boo, not this week. And if I was the planner

a header that I dream of being one day, I'd just be able to upload these episodes like,

no sweat, done. I recorded this. But I feel the need to share in the moment because if I record a

podcast and then something comes up that I feel really is relevant in that

moment, I need to be able to share it right away. And that's just my personality. And I have learned

to just not make excuses for that. But hold on. Someone said I should start the podcast episodes.

You know how I always talk about, okay, you know, I always talk about starting these episodes

with music.

Like, I'm going to have this cool intro and do this whole thing one day.

And someone was like, you know what you just need to do?

Shake some ice.

So we all know you're drinking Coke or iced coffee.

And if you couldn't tell from the rate at which I speak it, I've had both today.

But you know what? I have had a lovely intake of water that I'm sure my body's appreciative of.
