Usually what happens when you have like a negative experience or whatever, your brain will create limiting beliefs.

It'll kind of hold really heavy emotions, create triggers, and different things like that, subconscious block.

So as we address memories and emotions, limiting beliefs, different things like that, we're able to shrink the negative neural

pathway and build in new positive neural pathways in the brain.
