Summary

Depression. Anxiety. PTSD. Seasonal affective disorder. Sadness. Happiness. We all have mental health, some people have mental illness. There is a difference between the two but it can often get lumped into the same category. We believe that, as part of our entire wellbeing, we need to bring more attention to improving our mental health. We need to learn how to help our loved ones that may be suffering from mental illness. But overall, as part of living a life ever forward, we need bring awareness to how we perceive our mindset, its contribution to our wellness and possible indicators that it is not well.
