Summary

Tom Clarke and Gregor Robertson with all the latest from the EFL.

It has been a mad fortnight for managers in the Championship with Norwich, Swansea, Southampton and of course Middlesborough just some of those undergoing a change at the top.

Who is in line for the vacancies and how will the teams respond?

League One is proving why it’s arguably the toughest division – with six points separating the top twelve clubs!

At Charlton Nathan Jones is getting impressive results; Gregor has been to meet him.

In League Two it is a quiet but welcome return for Tom Lockyer, the former Luton Town captain who had two cardiac arrests whilst playing for the hatters is now a regular at Bristol Rovers.

Gregor, there might have been no action in the championship on the pitch of the championship, League one and League two. Gregor, there might have been no action

0:22.5

in the championship on the pitch during the international break that there's been plenty of

0:26.8

action off it. Managerial changes galore. I think we probably have to start with one that we've

0:33.1

been, I wouldn't say touting. Touting is the wrong word, but we've been fearful that this might happen for Liam Manning at Norwich.

Those two deciding to Park Company after the last round of fixtures.

0:45.3

Norwich still on the search for a new manager.

As I say, this is one that we have talked about previously on the show.

Didn't seem to be the right fit.

They were struggling.

0:59.0

What do you make of this decision that they took around 10 days ago now yeah this is this is one we've seen coming for quite some time when a manager loses

1:04.0

all eight of their home fixtures at the start of a season it's you're going to be on rocky ground

1:09.0

and ultimately I think there's there's quite a lot

1:12.4

of sympathy for leon manning both within the fan base uh norwich fan base which might sound surprising

1:18.2

to some people given the results but um i think they feel that the hand he was dealt was was a very

1:24.0

difficult one and i think from outside Norwich as well,

1:27.8

because I think everyone knows that Liam Manning is a talented coach.

1:30.8

And it's just been a kind of union that's not worked out at all.

1:35.0

And there's been bigger issues at Norwich for a while.
