We will preview the red socks without the experience of the Boston Globe and the giants with our pal Grant Brisbee of the athletic episode.

I know. An embarrassment of riches really.

We have had all of our guests have been really, really great during these previewpads.

But it's just, you know, sometimes we're talking to people we don't know and I enjoy that because I get to know them and get here a new perspective on baseball.

And sometimes we get to talk to our pals and that's fun because it's always fun to talk to your pals.

So what an embarrassment of riches in this episode.

Yeah, two main stages in my hand.

Yeah, we recorded our segment with Alex on the red socks a little earlier this week.

So I guess we should give a brief crystal update so that I don't have to record a little outro bit on this, which is that it does not seem as if he needs Tommy John surgery most immediately.

But that this elbow flexor strain problem is significant and he sounds very upset about it.

He told reporters that it sucks and Tommy John is not sort of out the window.

Sounds like they'll know more in a couple of weeks, but it's not great.

Hmm. And so what's the good, what's the good way that this could go?
