legend, color commentator for 94 WIP, and just an all-around great guy.

We'll talk about the Eagles coaching search, but what I really want to hit on with Mike

is the process of player development. Mike was an NFL wide receiver for a long time. He's been

around the game for obviously even longer, and I want to talk to him about what it takes to get

better and why you can't always just know what a guy is or isn't after a one-year sample,

sometimes even a two-year sample. So we'll talk all about that with Mike Quick, and obviously with a focus on the wide receiver

position.
