Summary

In Episode 281, I sit down once again with my long-time Ranger brother, Tobin Foulke. Tobin and I grew up together inside the Ranger Regiment, and few people have shared more of life's highs and lows with me than he has. In this conversation, we take a deep dive into what it meant to come of age in that environment — through deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, the culture of that era, and the lessons those years carved into us.

We reflect on how those experiences shaped the men we've become today — men who value sovereignty, capability, and freedom above all else, and who strive to be strong, loving examples of what masculinity must be to overcome the darkness plaguing our world. This one goes deep, filled with raw memories, hard truths, and a lifetime of perspective forged through shared struggle.

What's up, guys? Welcome back to the Endless Endeavor podcast. This is episode 281, and it's an exciting time up here.

I completed payment on the boat, and it is official. So the Roe West mission is a go. I'm super

excited. We should have the boat here in about 30 days. I've been training my ass off, and I'm just

0:17.5

excited to have a mission in front of me. But that's not what today's podcast is about. Let's go ahead and dive into episode 281. Before we do so, though, we have a couple ads to knock out, and then we will start the show. We're first brought to you by Element, and that is spelled LMNT. And what Element is, it is a packet of electrolytes that you add to a bottle of water to rehydrate after rigorous physical activity.

0:39.9

Each packet contains 1,000 milligrams of sodium, 200 milligrams of potassium, and 60 milligrams of magnesium.

And guys, these are a game changer for those of you that are out there putting in the work and really depleting your electrolytes through hard training, especially jujitsu. When you're sweating a ton on the mats, you are not only depleting fluids, but you are depleting electrolytes as well, and post-training, they need to be replenished, and that is where element comes into play. They have a bunch of delicious flavors. They have their raspberry, their citrus, their watermelon. My favorite

is still the grapefruit. And now, guys, they have their sparkling water cans. They have their

large cans, which are 16 ounces. And now recently they've released their small cans, which are 12 ounces.

I'm not a fan of the small cans because I find myself drinking like two or three of the big ones

And the thing that I love about their geese more than anything is that they are consistent. I wear an A2L. And when I order an A2L from Moya, it shows up and it fits just like every other A2L that I've purchased from Moia. Their geese are rugged, stylish, they fit well, and they're just an overall cool company, and I like being affiliated with them. If you were not training Jiu-Jitsu yet and you're listening to The Endless Endeavor, we have a problem. Go ahead, go to moya brand.com, get yourself a ghee.
