In Episode 121 I sit down with David Potts. David is a coach at the CrossFit Gym that is co-located with my Jiu Jitsu academy. David is an exceptional athlete and widely respected in the community. I figured David was always a jacked shredded stud until he recently shared a picture of himself from 7 years ago. He was morbidly obese, and his eyes told a story of pure misery. As soon as I saw that picture, I knew I needed to have him on the podcast so he could share how he made the decision to change and what implementing that change entailed. Many great people are currently stuck in David’s “Before Photo” and together, by sharing our paths we can help more people obtain happiness and health.
