Now here's a quick clue to today's story.

What do you think you would do if you were walking through the forest and found a magical

talking mushroom?

Okay so today's story request comes from Edward and Sophie who are brother and sister

and they live in Banff in Canada and they would like a story about finding a magical talking

mushroom in the forest who grants them three wishes.

Ooh we love wishes stories here so we hope that you love this story too guys.

One sunny day last year, Edward and his sister Sophie went for a walk in the forest near their home

and little did they know they were about to have the most exciting adventure ever.

The walk began like the ones they taken dozens of times before.

They wandered along a tree-lined path and listened to the birds chirping in the trees

and saw a few squirrels scurrying around.

Sophie was going to stop and pick some flowers when she noticed something red and sparkly in the grass.

What's that? She asked Edward.

I don't know. Said Edward, he picked up a stick and poked at the unusual object.

Ouch! Said the red sparkly thing.

Edward and Sophie jump back so quickly that Edward tripped and fell.

Who's there? Asked Sophie in a shaky voice.
