one of the teaching pastors here on Tuesday nights as well as Sunday mornings

and I do want to give a shout out to all the porch live locations that are

watching right now I want to say a special hello to porch live Indy porch

live greater Lafayette porch live Tulsa so glad that you're tuning in tonight I

hope that all as well with you here's the reality if you've been at the porch for

a little bit then you have heard me share often about my years in my days as a

young adult and I just figure it is worth you having a visual of what I look

like when I was 24 so let me just show you a picture so you can get just an

image in your head that I don't know why you're lapping that's super offensive

so one person saw this earlier and she said if I saw you standing on the side of

the road I would be scared and that was hurtful those shorts I did not cut those

off I bought them that way from Abercrombie and Fitch thank you very much those were

in those chakos and I don't know what else to say about it guys that just God

did a great work in my life since then that's I think what I can say about that

here's what you need to know is that picture actually was taken at a time when

I was in Europe right after the Lord wrecked my life and began rebuilding it so

when I look at that picture I kind of see past the cutoff khaki shorts I see

past the chakos I see past the hair I see past all of that and I see all of the

goodness that God had done in my life over the past month that I had been out of
