Eastern Conference grades time here. This will be an interesting one and actually I mean last year

we talked about this day that we gave a ton of Fs in the east some of which we modified. This year

I wasn't nearly as down on the east but it also seems other than Toronto to be really a static

offseason for this Eastern Conference. Yeah I mean like even the were a couple teams that got

high that got particularly high grades from me and they were really low stakes you know other than

Toronto they were low stakes like low means summers that teams did well so that's a little bit

different than you know having max base and making a big swing and hitting it out of the park

or something like that. Still a good offseason and that's why we graded that way but yeah it was

different and there were fewer fewer negative grades and so just because I want to say this at

the outset and people always have trouble with this I see is an average grade and we have a little

bit of a difference in terms of philosophy here I think of this as organizational and for me it's

not it's not necessarily it's all it's not always about the outcome like I got into this people got

mad at me with the whole LeBron thing it's it's kind of like how you do with the means that you have

rel and in the constraints and all that kind of stuff so I don't ding a team as much if a player

just doesn't want to go there and I sometimes if it's obvious that a player was going to go somewhere

don't give them as much credit but there isn't as much of that in the Eastern Conference because

there weren't a lot of high profile free agents that signed in the Eastern Conference. Yeah I'll blame

you for the guy who tweeted at me today saying I knew based on Danny having something about the warriors

in his oh no they also you they also use subjectivity instead of objectivity which I thought was

great yes he's like you can't be subjective yeah oh yeah I was that that was actually the dumbest
