The easiest way to learn vocabulary, the most enjoyable way to learn new vocabulary.

Learn new vocabulary in English vocabulary is important.

Maybe it's the most important.

In fact, that's what Steve Kaufman, the quite famous linguist, Polly Glott, as they

call them, a man who speaks, I don't know what, over 20 languages.

Now, he speaks over 20, I can't keep track because he's always adding languages.

Anyway, Steve has said many times that vocabulary is the most important part of learning a language,

and perhaps the most difficult part of learning a language.

And it's not grammar, which is what a lot of people will think or say, it's vocabulary

that is most important.

And it's also the biggest challenge of learning a language.

Of course, some languages, grammar is a challenge also.

For many of you, English grammar is a challenge, I know that.

But vocabulary, why vocabulary?

And I agree with Steve.

And the reason I agree is that, as he says, there's so many words to learn, thousands

and thousands and thousands.

Now to speak, to communicate, maybe you don't need so many, right?
