Voter turnout is already huge. More than 19 million Americans now, about a tenth of all

registered voters, have already cast their ballots with just less than two weeks to go

until election day. Democrats have an edge in early voting so far but Republicans seem to be embracing

early voting now too compared to in the past. In fact many states have set daily

records for early voting. We'll see if the voter enthusiasm sticks around

through election day.

Though an interesting note, if campaigns know a voter already voted, they'll spend their time

and money on other people instead.

Certainly both presidential campaigns are trying to get every vote they can in such a tight
