we literally, literally just finished recording a podcast and the Eagles

trader for Gardner Minchchchchoo so here we are.

I mean it was probably 15 to 30 seconds after we

unbelievable timing.

I mean you only have yourself to blame because you tweeted that we were recording it this morning.

How we saw that and waited.

Un unreal. So we're salvaging this pod.

We had to, we couldn't let it go on mention that they just traded for a quarterback.

So Rube, initial thoughts, the Eagles trade a conditional six-round pick for Gardner, Minchugh.

I like it. You know, I think quarterback depth in a 17-game season makes sense.

Menchugh is pretty good. Obviously, he didn't have a role there with Trevor Lawrence and he's played well.

And I mean, he had the, obviously, he set a lot of records as a rookie six round pick. He had the best, the best rookie six round pick.

He had the best rookie season ever by a late round quarterback.

But he played well last year for a lost cause team.

And, you know, Flacko's on a one-year deal

and he's 36.

We don't know much about Jaylin Hurts.

I don't think Gardner Minch who's gonna play,

but it's a good insurance policy at a position

that's really important when there's a lot of unknowns already in that room.
