Hello, welcome to Inside the Huddle, our weekly chat about all things NFL.

This week, we're going to check in on the NFL Academy in London.

We'll bring you the latest news from around the list and we will preview week 14.

So helping me break it all down is my regular partner on Inside the Huddle,

Jeff Reimbold and joining us at the start.

Head of Football Development for NFL UK, Will Bryce,

who's kind of overseeing the NFL Academy.

It's been a busy few weeks down at the

academy. Well, first of all, just remind our viewers here, the goals of the NFL Academy, how many

kids you got in and what you're kind of preparing them for? Yeah, sure, Neil, no problem.

So NFL Academy opened last year, and it's the first of its kind around the world.

So essentially bringing a high school American football team really to London.

So we've partnered with Barnett and Southgate College provides an opportunity for students all around Europe and around the world to come in and age between 16 to 19, take their academics, do all their classes, but also train full-time for the sport of American football.

So very unique, very exciting, and still in its infancy, still just one year in. So very, very,

very exciting times. Yeah, Jeff, this is something that I know floats your boat, because back in the day with Tony Allen, who's the head coach of the academy now, you guys work together scouring.

Well, I'm not just going to say Europe,

the globe looking for players, right? I mean, this is something you really would be pleased to see

in action now. Actually, you know what? I've had a great, good fortune to go over there and be

around practice a couple times last year when I was here for four. And it was really inspiring to watch these kids come together

and the coaching, the high level coaching they get by Tony and his staff.

And Will remember, Will was once upon a time one of our players.
