0:00.0	So one thing I love about this podcast is we have a wide range of listeners.
0:04.8	We just deep dove into our demographic recently to try to get an idea of who's listening,
0:10.4	who it's impacting.
0:11.9	And we were surprised with what we saw, but really grateful.
0:14.4	So my goal has always been to not just talk to strength coaches, but teachers, leaders,
0:20.0	educators, from a variety of domains.
0:22.8	And that's what we're seeing.
0:24.3	And this coincides with something
0:25.3	I want to make sure you guys understand so because of you we have seen in the last year a
0:30.4	409% growth in total downloads and listens over the past year
0:35.1	91% of you listen to most or all of the episode which is huge because we pack freebies and tips and reflections into all of them and
0:43.4	We are getting more and more towards that 100,000 download mark every single episode.
0:49.5	So first and foremost, I just want to say thank you.
0:52.8	This was something I had a lot of imposter phenomenon about.
0:55.6	I didn't really think anybody would listen if I did a podcast and you guys have proved
0:59.3	me wrong.
1:00.3	And most importantly, our listeners span from business owners and I'm not talking about
1:04.7	fitness or performance, just business owners in general, teachers, true educators,
1:09.6	strength coaches, yes people in the fitness field, a lot of folks who are actually EMTs or even doctors
1:16.4	and then the tactical side. So this is making me, I can't tell you, it makes me smile ear to ear to
1:21.2	hear that so many of you are enjoying this, We're going to continue to double down on it.
