about isolating your influence. And what I mean specifically by this is one of the worst

things you can do, regardless of the field you're in, is isolate your social groups.

And specifically what I'm talking to is this, as a coach, a lot of times I'd see in my

field, that when people look to solve problems, they go to another coach.

Maybe it's somebody they know, somebody they respect, somebody that's in a position that

they view as elevated to theirs, anything.

But they stay within that circle.
