Summary

One of the best things about doing this podcast is the community that has come as a result of it, and we wanted to continue to expand that. So if you're a first-time listener or you've been listening for a while, be sure to log into Facebook and check out our Art of Coaching Podcast Community.   Join our exclusive group of fellow Art of Coaching Podcast listeners and have your voice heard! https://www.facebook.com/groups/artofcoachingcommunity   Within this we share podcast reflections. We share new episodes, and most importantly, we get Q&A and feedback from you guys because we want to put out episodes that you want to hear so you know you're encouraged to share your thoughts, ideas for future episodes and all those things. The only time we'll turn you down is if we've already done an episode on that topic, because sometimes as a reality that that can just happen.   We want to hear from you!   Today's episode is going to be one of the shortest episodes we have ever done, but if I do it right, hopefully, it will be the most impactful.  What is keeping you from doing what you want to do?  Whether you have a great idea, a personal or professional mission that brings value, what is it that is keeping you from moving forward?  I recorded this episode to give you some key tactical points to able to help you effectively overcome these common sticking points.   Don't forget to download today's free podcast reflection sheet below! artofcoaching.com/reflectionsheets   This information is kept free by our partnership with Momentous.
