you think about it. I covered the campaign pretty extensively and during the campaign

there were always two levels to what was going on with Donald Trump. On the

surface there was kind of the daily outrage or the daily firestorm.

Trump would set this off to set the media agenda and everybody in the media every day

would have their hair on fire about something that Trump had said
