Hey guys welcome back to another episode glad that you could join me. This is another episode from the archive. So this is an episode that we recorded last year with my good buddy Nick Grantham. Nick has actually changed his role since we last spoke. You'll hear him talk about what he was doing in the current episode. But now he is the head of strength conditioning for the new castle United football club. So Nick always has his hands and a lot of different things. It's what I think makes him such a great coach.

0:55.8

and in other locations in general,

0:57.9

you're always gonna come back with new, fresh, great ideas.

1:01.1

And realistically guys, we see this in every profession. You look around

1:05.0

and nobody truly successful over the course of time just specializes in one thing. I mean,

1:10.2

you can look at Leonardo da Vinci and everything that he studied, you can look at people like

1:14.9

Steve Jobs and everything that he studied. I mean, I feel like I have to say this a lot,

1:19.2

but it's not like Steve Jobs just stayed in, you know, the trenches making computers himself.

1:24.9

Eventually he evolved and he was a leader

1:26.4
