Summary

Hesitation has the power to kill any dream. Maybe this is why I've always been so enamored with Nike's "Just Do It" marketing campaign. While Nike created an expceptional tag-line that has become recognized worldwide, they also crafted a motto to live life by. When we stop wavering on a decision and Just Do It, you then have the ability to asses your results and make a better decision moving forward. If you never take action, you can't progress. Join me today to see how I recently used this principle while shopping for a new TV. Hear my own thought process, how I applied it in real-time, and how you can do the same.

that the name Nike was synonymous with the saying.

0:55.0

If you haven't heard it before, right?

If you're maybe not born in the mid-80s,

1:01.0

and this will be your first for you. Nike's slogan forever was just

1:05.3

do it. It was just that simple, it was just do it. Now I'm sure there's some

1:11.4

nonsensical political correctness

1:13.6

that it doesn't check the right box.

1:15.0

Or I'm sure there's some reason as to why I don't see it out

1:18.5

in the public, or maybe it's because I just don't look anymore. But nonetheless, Nike's slogan when I was growing up was just do it.

1:29.8

And I can't say until recently, I actually understood what that meant.

1:35.0

I mean sure in the literal sense it was you know just take action.

1:40.0

Right and in the marketing mind that I have as far as it pertains to Nike, it was just buy the shoes or just do the thing.

1:49.0

Which is great.

1:52.0

But it's not quite what I now deem it to mean. You see over and over again

1:59.8

as an entrepreneur as a business owner, as a coach, mentor, consultant, whatever flag you want to put

2:06.0

in front of me to itemize who I am as a man, I realize just how many times I have gotten
