Summary

On this special holiday, I'd like to provide a glimmer of hope. Just six years ago, I found myself in a rather dark place. If you're a not-so-celebratory mood this Christmas, you most certainly are not alone. In this season of perpetual hope, tune in to discover what turned my life around. 0:27.5	is Christmas. Today my friend is December 25th and want to wish you Merry Christmas. There's a chance if you're listening to this you don't
0:31.5	celebrate Christmas and that's quite all right.

0:35.8	That's what I want to take a moment and just acknowledge the fact that I appreciate you,

1:08.9	So I find is the holidays can be an incredibly lonely time for so many of us. There was a time in my life not all that long ago
1:17.2	in which holidays were my least favorite time of year. It brought up memories of pain and sorrow of insignificance of confusion of
1:28.9	anger of frustration of lies and infidelity and juggling.
1:35.0	That was my story.
1:37.0	That was a tough place to be in.
1:40.0	I don't have any statistics on this but my gut would tell me that
1:45.2	Suiciding has to increase between
1:48.5	Thanksgiving and New Year
1:50.9	And I'm not being all down in the dumps and do me and gloomy with you.
1:55.0	But if you're feeling alone and you're feeling sorrowful because your life is in a place in which it seems pretty dark right now.
