I'm on a little later, it's 8 p.m. here in the Midwest, and thought I'd try a p.m. and

see how this goes along.

So if you looked at the notes, what I want to talk about is holding yourself accountable.

It's more than halfway through the year, and so this is a really good topic to talk

about, especially right now.

If you have set some goals early in the year, or before the year began, or set some milestones

or just created some things that you wanted to accomplish, right?

And now amongst the COVID, and other things that are happening, I guess my thing to you

is how are you holding yourself accountable, and how are you preventing the whole COVID

as an excuse, because it shouldn't be an excuse, you have to press forward, it's onward
