So I always really craved a community of people that could share ideas and weren't just sitting there kind of listening to everybody else talk, but we're rather chipping in. We're rather engaging and there's always an output

at the end. So at the beginning of the six months, everybody goes through kind of a review

process, talking about what they want to accomplish, where they'd like to go, and then week after

week after week, we're always taking steps to hold each other accountable. If you join
