Summary

By now most of you probably realize we had our first ever Life Optimization Experience last weekend. While I’ve shared some pieces of what I experienced throughout the weekend and will continue to do so in the coming weeks, I thought it’d be great to hear from the other side. Today we’re going to hear my wife’s perspective on the weekend, her role in the event, and how I was able to throw yet another loop into our relationship. We also tackle limiting beliefs surrounding self-improvement, both in my own life and in the lives of others. 0:52.0	Yeah and even with that prep right now it was sort of the prep
0:56.7	leading into the event but what you may not understand is you're listening
1:00.3	is there's actually 21 day very intensive lead up to this event.

1:06.0	Where there was daily homework assignments and we worked as a team and I can't fully
1:10.9	articulate what that means until you go through it yourself potentially, but it was intense, right?
1:15.7	It took so much time and energy and effort for me and my assist, his name is Mark, to help grow what this experience ended up being.
