Summary

In the pursuit of reaching greater heights in our lives, there’s this desire and necessity to push ourselves to the absolute limits. When does all of this become going too far? When we put our future commitments to ourselves in jeopardy. As I woke up this morning to head to the boxing gym, I just wasn’t feeling it. I could have forced myself to go, but I had to stop. I had to stop so that I didn’t put myself in a position where I couldn’t show up as I needed to. Where in your life are you going too hard when you really need to stop and regroup? Listen today to find out how one of my clients applied this principle and how you can do the same.
