It's likely at some point in your life you've heard the quote "You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with." Yes, that means people you follow on Facebook, the music you listen to, the gym you attend, and the place that you work. Literally everything that touches your five senses needs to be audited on a regular basis to ensure that what you do serves you in the moment and is helping you progress.
