Have you ever talked poorly about someone who isn’t around to defend themselves? Talking behind someone’s back is a behavior that is deeply rooted in insecurity. I’m not throwing stones. I’ve been extremely guilty of it in my past. The truth is this behavior doesn’t help anyone. The other day when I was working out, I couldn’t help but to overhear a group of women talking very loudly in another area of the gym. To be clear, they weren’t even talking, it sounded more like they were yelling at each other. Pretty soon I realized they were talking about someone or a group of people that weren’t present. The old me would’ve ignored it and just walked out of the gym. Listen to find out the suggestion I gave to the group of women, and how the same advice is sure to benefit your own life.
