I knew so little about what I was doing and I knew so little about why I shouldn't have been doing what I was doing early on in my career that I just did it.

I mean it was it it sounds funny. I mean I started a blog when I didn't know what the word blog meant. I was you know I was 24 years old I wrote a book called Ignite the Fire to educate my industry, the personal training industry.

Who the heck am I at 24 years old to write a book? I knew nothing about self-publishing.

And as a result, I just kind of did the thing right and then people liked it. And that wouldn't have happened if I wasn't big no-round whole thing. So I do believe that a high dose of what I call optimistic ignorance is actually really important.
