Summary

Mind is a very high vibration energy field that receives impressions from the outside world and renders them as inner experiences. In the state of pure mind, thoughts and emotions arise as impressions that pass right through. But when consciousness resists these impressions, they accumulate and form the personal mind, creating ego, preferences, and suffering. By contrast, the impersonal mind operates free of personal bias, enabling clear thinking, creativity, science, and inspiration. Spiritual growth involves letting go of the personal mind and living from a higher state of clarity, love, and surrender while still engaging in life.

1:05.8	I wanted to talk about this tremendous difference

1:17.9	In its simplest sense, it's a field of energy where thoughts can be created or not created.
1:27.3	That's like saying, what is the lake?
1:30.3	It's a field, not a point, it's a field of substance, energy, substance, what you want to call it,
1:37.3	that can be still, or it can create ripples, and it can go back to still, and it can create ripples.
1:45.0	That is the nature of water, the nature of the lake.
1:49.0	Mind is exactly the same.
1:52.0	Mind is a field of energy, a very, very high vibration rate of energy.
1:57.0	It's not physical energy.
2:00.0	The thoughts are inside.
2:01.8	What does that mean?
2:02.7	At a higher vibration rate than what the physical plane is,
2:07.6	scientists understand vibration rates.
2:10.5	They've gotten all the way down to the quantum field.
