| 0:59.4 | Texas Rangers served a warrant and arrested 31-year-old Nathan Patrick Roach yesterday for child grooming, |
| 1:05.5 | a third-degree felony. |
| 1:06.9 | Authorities say Roach began communicating with someone he believed to be a young teen and engaged |
| 1:11.7 | in behavior consistent with grooming tactics. The grooming started in 2022 when the child was just |
| 1:17.4 | 15 years old. Roach started out as a youth pastor at First Baptist Church of Holiday and eventually |
| 1:22.4 | became the lead pastor in 2024. The church has not yet publicly addressed the arrest. Roach's bio and past |
| 1:29.3 | videos, however, have been removed from the church's website and YouTube page. |
| 1:34.0 | Just a few days later, on June 5th in Midland, Michigan, a former pastor was sentenced to |
| 1:38.4 | 11 to 25 years in prison for sexually abusing his own daughters. The abuse took place |

| 1:45.7 | 2005 to 2018. Scott Haught was an associate pastor at Midland Baptist Church and more recently |
| 1:52.4 | a deacon at Grace Baptist Church in Coleman. Court testimony reveals that Hot used his role in |
| 1:57.7 | the church and his authority at home to manipulate, isolate, and |
| 2:01.2 | abuse his daughters. The judge overseeing the case labeled his actions, classic grooming behavior. |
