I feel like there should be a little pressure.

I've never felt it before, but there should be a little pressure before the holiday episode.

And not like an episode about the holidays, but an episode around of the time people might be traveling to a holiday. Just think about it. That's like a big listening to podcast time on the ride home. Maybe it's an hour long. Maybe pop on an episode of brunch. Maybe bring in a significant other for the first time. And there's some new people listening to it. They're like, hey, you mind if I'll listen to this podcast. I think you'd like it. Then they put it on, and we're doing, I don't know, one of our clunkers, people are like,

Betsy, what kind of shit you listen to? Fair, fair. And then our classic brunch listener, Betsy feels like an asshole, stops listening to brunch because she's embarrassed. and well the joke's on Betsy because if you're listening to brunch in the car with somebody else, then you're canceled because Thanksgiving is canceled.

So that's it.

This year, right now, we shouldn't care because if you're making a, if you're doing a Thanksgiving drive, it's probably 20 minutes and it's to see four people total and you're not bringing anybody with you. As you said,

there's not somebody in the car. So really, this is nice. There's no pressure. I mean, we always feel this very heavy weight of this, this episode's really got a pop and, you know, we're fighting

the whole week of it's like leading up to

showtime, we are very stressed. Yeah, it is like the ultimate crunch for six days before we,

before we hit the record button. And then when, like, the recording part is the easiest part. Yeah.

It's the grind of, of putting together an episode. Table read, dress rehearsal,

rewriting stuff,
