my ambition now is to swim in the lake every single day year round,

whether I have to use snowshoes to go through lock gates to get to the beach in the

wintertime, that's fine, but I'm going to go every day right now. It's a, it's a balmy,

bathtuby, probably 69 or 70 degrees in there. It's crazy, but it'll get down into the 40s. But let's,

let's talk cold therapy since we're, we're so on board with this. And you're been a great

inspiration to me before I even got my chest freezer. Awesome. Yeah. So I don't have my chest
