Ellis criticized federal agents for using excessive force, such as firing tear gas in residential areas,

journalists, and clergy accused Trump's administration of violating constitutional rights, and the judge

Well, you know, there's more and more of this is going to happen because, as you may or may not have noticed the other day, the administration has decided to shift more of the responsibility for immigration enforcement in the United States, or what it calls immigration enforcement, which is something more than that and is much more

abusive to the border patrol. And the reason they want to shift it over to people from the border

patrol is the perception is they are much more inclined just to follow orders. They are much

trumpier in their attitudes than other agencies that are involved in this.
