UK trying to abstain from alcohol for a dry January, then you might want to listen up.

Nalmphine is a new treatment recently approved by NICE to help people with a drinking problem.

You may not think that applies to you, but then again, you might be surprised.

NICE has said that Nalmphine should be an option for helping people who regularly drink high amounts

of alcohol, defined as seven and a half units or more a day for a man and five units a day

for a woman. That's around twice the recommended limits, but a level achieved by lots of

so-called social drinkers.
