The story of the game, the Patriots punctuate a 14-win season with a convincing victory

over the Miami Dolphins with their first sweep of the fins since 2016 by playing a physical

brand of football mixed with some misdirection and trickeration

to set the tone early and pull away late behind 131 rushing yards and two scores

by running back Ramandre Stevenson on just seven carries,

who also added a 20-yard touchdown reception for his third, his hat trick in the game.

The Dolphins showed their bite with the creative, diverse run game, despite being down

key parts, including team MVP Devon A-chan, but New England took the ball away in the

second half and sustained their power game plan on an offense, on offense, I should say,

to put the fins away who finished the season seven and ten the themes of the game

Again, no Waddle, no A-chan, moving the line scrimmage, ripping it off play action, getting some good looks off of that, getting lanes available because of the run game design, and then Ewer's just ripping that thing. But you also get that Texas screen that got us 15 yards to Jalen Wright on 3rd and 17 for a field goal, then a Dulcich conversion on the exact same play on 3rd and 17 for 20 yards. That was the upshot of the game from a

dolphin's perspective. The other one was I thought Ubers had an impressive showing for the third

game. I think two in a row, maybe three. I don't think the Bengals game was all that bad.
