I think I've struggled to describe this in the past, but now I know exactly how to paint this picture.

You're basically watching two football practices in the same amount of time as one practice,

with both fields going in the exact same time at the exact same pace double the

reps the one-on-one's alone are like there's barely enough room on the fields for them to get all their work in.

They had to move the tight ends and backs versus the safety and

linebackers at one point because it was overlapping with the receivers and

D.B. So it's more condensed space which I guess makes for a little bit more

of an advantage for the defense since they are covering so much space normally so I guess that's a positive
