Fresh off a trip to Hawaii this past week.

At the very least, the week was good.

Not so sure about the weekend.

Because I know we like a lot of the same sides this past weekend in the NFL.

It didn't go great for me. Is our good buddy betting analysts for our friends at NBC Sports, co-host of the Deep Dive podcast with our pal Andy Molitor, the one the only, the very handsome, Drew Densick, on Twitter at Whale underscore Kapper, my friend, welcome back to the show. I'm guessing like me, you're happy to turn the page to week two. Yeah, Maui was beautiful.

I had dreams of hitting a big week one and making an offer on a house out there. Not going to be,

not going to be happening. Yeah, no, it was a that was a rough week for me, sides in particular. I didn't have a lot of sides that I was really keen on, but I ended up pretty heavily

staked on Ravens double down at halftime and it all went up in smoke in the blink of an eye

at the end of a long day of losing.

So yeah, it was not, didn't have a great night's sleep Sunday and did wake up with a renewed enthusiasm to fix my numbers and get it back this week.

Because you know what they say, Nick, a lot of games left.

A lot of games left to be played.

And we got a bunch coming up this weekend, obviously.

So let's start macro and then we can go micro.

As it stands right now, what is your one favorite bet for week two in the NFL and why?

Well, when I think macro, I mostly am just trying to sort through the noise that was week one.

In general, the quality of play, particularly at the end of games, really, really fell apart.

So it's tough to kind of carefully ascribe how to adjust your priors.

I would even like in week one now is basically just preseason week four with sort of how sloppy things were,
